Job Description
- Building strong relationships with the prospective clients & Should be in regular contact with existing/new clients.
- Counselling potential learners, guiding them to plan their career path & explaining how we can transform their career.
- Handle student calls & walk-ins Manage sales pipeline
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Counselling of all walk-ins and effective follow up with the prospects on a regular basis and converting the walk-ins into closures
- Take end-to-end responsibility of student experience and ensure that their queries are handled & resolved immediately through emails, phone calls etc
- Will have to do consultative calls & follow-up calls daily with prospective and Follow up on leads generated through various sources
- Achieve monthly revenue targets from upselling and referrals from current students
- Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics
- Be able to sell different product lines and organize time effectively
- Liaise with internal departments and colleagues
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2 years of experience in an IT Education Sales or Business Development role, Smart, Tenacious, Strong attention to detail, Proactive, Relationship builder, Persistent, Closing skills, Strong verbal and written communications, Strong listening skills
- Exposure to a solution-driven environment
- A strong desire to achieve outstanding sales results

Job Requirements
- MBA HR (preferable) / Any graduate with relevant experience in IT Recruitment
- A good understanding of IT Technology and Technical skills
- Experience in End to the end recruitment process and well-versed with Job portals/platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
- Very good interpersonal and decision-making skills
